I’m wondering if anyone else has ever noticed this reaction: After playing outside in the snow with the kids for a couple of hours, I noticed later that the skin where my tattoo USED to be was very, very pale, compared to the surrounding skin. There was no pain, nothing strange, just paleness!
My skin is pale anyway, but this very small area was almost white, paper-white. I’m not worried about it; it’s just that I noticed it a few minutes after coming back into the house today. Come to think of it, that area of skin was paler than the rest underneath the tattoo when it was there. . . .
My husband told me in strictest secrecy that he never liked my little tattoo, all these years, and that he’s really glad it’s gone now. I never knew he disliked my tattoo! But now that I do know, I’m even gladder that I removed it.
I guess that’s not a secret now, huh. Whoops.
Thanks again, Nuviderm. You might have improved my marriage, as well as removed that embarrassing sign of a bad college-era night!
